The OpenText Metaverse Experience is crafted within Unreal Engine, transporting users into three meticulously designed virtual environments: an art gallery, a data center, and Zurich Airport.

Each environment represents a case study that illustrates the impact of OpenText's IT Operations platform on digital transformation.

OpenText Office
Art Gallery

This environment showcases World Vision International's digital transformation journey. The gallery’s design emphasizes the organization’s challenges, the strategic solutions implemented using OpenText technologies, and the subsequent improvements in efficiency and user experience. The visual and interactive elements are carefully crafted to represent the role of technology in overcoming obstacles in a humanitarian context.

Zurich Airport

This virtual airport setting details Zurich Airport’s implementation of OpenText SMAX SaaS. The environment is structured to represent the stages of challenge, solution, and outcome. It provides insights into how ITIL-compliant processes were integrated, data quality was enhanced, and resolution times were reduced, resulting in a scalable and efficient IT service management solution.

Data Center

The Türk Telekom case study unfolds in this environment, highlighting the integration of AI-driven monitoring, big data processing, and technology consolidation. The data center’s design elements symbolize operational excellence and the technological advancements achieved through OpenText solutions. Users are guided through the improvements in service quality, outage reduction, and proactive issue resolution.
